The management team work hard to build meaningful working relationships. Prue, Chas, Claire and our team of occupational therapists currently support over forty (40) leading personal injury legal organisations and over one hundred (100) personal injury solicitors in five states and territories across Australia. Our aim is to ensure our medico legal reporting is of value to the solicitor right through the personal injury claim process.
We utilise the experience of our occupational therapy (OT) network and knowledge to deliver an evidence based report, delivered, cost effectively and timely.

Prue founded Prudence Consulting Pty Ltd in 1996 and has since worked in the combined roles of Managing Director and Principal Therapist. Prue manages the recruitment and induction of all allied health experts. She is also responsible for Prudence Consulting's internal quality assuarance program, which ensures each report leaving Prudence Consulting is peer reviewed, evidence based and of the highest possible quality.
An accredited occuational therapist with thirty (30) years experience, Prue has workd in a broad range of clinical specialist areas including general medical, neurology, musculoskeletal, amputee, cardiac, paediatric, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, vocational rehabilitation and OH&S. Pure also holds a Masters of Health Planning,
In 2011, under Prue's guidance, Prudence Consulting will expand its medicolegal report writing service to include a boutique, high quality return to work, rehabilitation and injury management program offered to the private sector.
B. Arts, GAICD
First joining Prudence Consulting in 2004, Chas began as our Business Manager. Leaving the firm in 2007 to work as Business Development Manager for a large personal injury claims firm, he has returned having gained significant personal injury industry knowledge. Chas has been appointed Director, Business Development.
Chas' role inside the business is to build robust business support systems for the team of forensic occuaptional therapists and vocational rehabilitation experts. This includes formalising the company's organisational structure, development of knowledge and quality management systems, ensuring the business communicates effectively to all relevant stakeholder; personal injury solicitors, motor accident and health insurance companies as well as allied health industry peak bodies such as OT Australia and OT NSW.
Having studied Asian Studies, Chas grew into the world of business management and has held national and international positions in education and marketing management prior to working in the personal injury industry.
During his first tenure, Chas helped Prudence Consulting grow from a single consultant operation to a firm boasting occuaptional therapy consultants recognised and providing expert evaluations and opinion to the personal injury market in three state jurisdictions.
He values his skill as a communicator and is dedicated to Prudence Consulting's commitment to provide an efficient support service and an unparalleled level of quality in the assessments and reports provided by the team.
Chas is a graduate member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors, and with a passion for AFL, he is the current President of the Sydney University Australian National Football Club.
